I know this might sound weird but was found in the weight watcher's mag by grandma. My nephew is diabetic 1 and has to be careful. If you like any kind of spice cake or pumpkin cake, you'll like this...(that's what it tastes like in the end.


1 package of any carrot cake
1 coke/diet coke (can)

Add together and NOTHING else bake as directed and frost if you'd like. Grands uses low fat whipped cream. It doesn't taste like a plain "OLE" carrot. Which is weird I love this one since i HATE carrot cake.


Anyone on a diet should try this....anyone who does let me know.
