Has anyone every done ear candling? A co-worker told me about it right before Christmas. We got the candles from GNC, and tonight I did one ear for brutus. It takes about 20 minutes an ear. brutus said his sinus' opened up and he could breathe really good.
We're doing the other ear tomorrow night, and then we're gonna do mine.
If you try it, open the candle up after you're done and look at the gunk that candle pulled out!
Let us know if you try it, and your feelings about it.

I've heard of this but never known anyone that tried it.
Let us know if it improves your hearing. My kids say I'm losing mine. I tell them it's selective hearing.

Almost every night, my husband takes sinus medicine to help him sleep through the night, due to his stuffiness, and it's hard for him to breath, which in turns keeps him up. I am going to talk to him about this, and see if he will try it. I don't like the fact that he takes that much medicine.
